How do I order? You can order one of 3 ways: email your order to emmiluembroidery@aol.com, call us at 732-252-8625 or order online through a secure server PayPal using your credit card.

What if my emmilu purchase is a gift and i want to add a message? If you are sending your purchase as a gift...follow all procedures for making a purchase through paypal. When you get to the end of the checkout you will have an opportunity to add a message with your gift. If you forgot to add the message at the end of the paypal checkout then please click here.

How long will it take for shipping? Since each order is personalized or made to order, expect 7-10 days for shipping. If you are paying by personal check… we will not ship your item until we have received your payment.

How is my order shipped? All items are shipped Priority Mail through the US Postal Service.

What if I need my gift sooner? f you need your gift in a hurry...we will do our best to accomodate you. Please notify us by email at custserv@emmilu.com or call us at 732-252-8625. There may be an additional charge of $10 for rush orders. Also, overnight shipping may cost up to $20.

How is shipping charged? Shipping is charged by the total cost of your order. Orders from $10-$60 will be a $5.00 shipping fee. Orders $61-$100 will be charged $9.00 and over $100 will be charged a $12.00 shipping fee.

What if I am shipping to more than one address? Charges are added to each ship to address.

How will I know if my order shipped? You will receive an email notification.

Can I return anything purchased from emmilu? Do to the personal nature of these items, they cannot be returned. emmilu is not responsible for spelling errors made by the customer. Please be sure to check the spelling of the baby's name!

How do I wash my emmilu merchandise? All emmilu products can be machine washed in warm water and tumble dry.
